Debbie Gruber, the other half of the Boston based duo Duet Deborah, was really connected locally and many of her collegaues and students would come out to our gigs. One of her connections invited us to interview and perform for a local TV spot. It was a straight up live-no edits- get it right blast! Three songs were performed for that show.
“One on One” happens to be an absolute all time fave of mine in the GREAT SING category and GREAT LOVE SONGS category. I love performing this song with a little “respectful” arrangement fun. The audio and video have a slight time laspe-I really can fingersnap in time-but the audio track was captured and well done by the crew for sure.
